Job summary

Coforge is hiring a Senior Program Manager (Oracle EBS) in a remote capacity to lead enterprise-scale programs. You will drive governance, coordinate dependencies, and manage risks while reporting to senior leadership across multiple initiatives.

The role requires in-depth Oracle EBS experience, strong PMO leadership, and the ability to align SaaS, hardware, and services business models in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex programs and multiple competing projects.
• Strong program planning and execution skills, including timeline and dependency management.
• Experience identifying, managing, and mitigating program risks.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Director, VP, and EVP-level stakeholders.
• Understanding of SaaS, hardware, and services business models.
• Experience leading cross-functional meetings and PMO activities.
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS.

Responsibilities

• Drive executive-level and cross-functional meetings with stakeholders at Director, VP, and EVP levels.
• Manage program timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans across multiple initiatives.
• Provide regular program status updates to senior leadership.
• Lead the PMO function and coordinate competing projects and business transformation initiatives.
