Job summary

Coforge is seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead change-management initiatives across application development, support, and ERP transformations. You will develop strategies, assess readiness, and engage stakeholders at all levels.

The role emphasizes executive communications, training programs, and adoption activities with reporting to finance executives (EVP/SVP). Remote work across LATAM regions is supported.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Change Management experience.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication.
• Experience developing communication plans and training programs; post‑implementation support.
• Proven ability to implement structured change-management frameworks and drive adoption.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives, including EVP- and SVP-level stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Experience supporting organizational change throughout the transformation lifecycle.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting ERP transformation programs.
• Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent Change Management certification.
• Experience supporting technology, Finance, or enterprise business transformations.
• Background in continuous improvement and organizational capability development.
