Amazon Web Services Colombia S.A.S. is seeking a Technical Account Manager for Enterprise Support. You will be the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer, crafting strategies to drive adoption of AWS services across customer environments.

You will collaborate with senior leadership, work with global engineering teams, and help plan solutions using standard methodologies while keeping environments healthy. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for multiple technologies.
• Experience in English-language communication, written and verbal.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent, or 5+ years of technical work experience.

Aufgaben

• Provide support to Enterprise customers regarding AWS service or Cloud.
• Complete analysis and present periodic reviews of operational performance.
• Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions metrics and prelaunch planning.
• Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing cost and complexity.
• Foster trusting relationships with customers understanding business needs and challenges.
• Lead technical discussions with senior leadership on incidents and risk management.
• Work directly with AWS engineering and service teams to resolve issues.
• Role may require travel up to 25% as needed.
