FullStack is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer who sits inside client teams, blending consultancy, operations, and software engineering to deliver AI-enabled solutions in real environments.

This role combines architecture, development, and hands-on delivery, working with Fortune 500 clients and regulated industries. You’ll own the end-to-end process from discovery to deployment, collaborating with senior stakeholders and driving measurable impact.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software development experience in one or more mainstream stacks.
• 1-4 years of shipping agentic AI solutions and LLM workflows in production is a plus.
• Advanced English language skills are required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree (or equivalent).
• Experience with AI developer tools and integrations (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI).
• Strong delivery ownership across architecture, disruption, and value delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Discover AI opportunities with business and engineering stakeholders.
• Structure processes and create executable specifications for automation.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems, including context, retrieval, and integration layers.
• Build working prototypes and production-grade components, not just demos.
• Own CI/CD pipelines and deployment environments for shipped solutions.
• Consult with CTOs and VPs of Engineering, supporting pre-sales scoping and proposals.
