FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to embed with enterprise teams, architect AI-enabled solutions, and deliver production-grade systems inside client environments. You will span consulting, operations, and engineering, tackling high-impact AI integration with real-world constraints.

Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced discovery, design robust architectures, and ship reliable, scalable AI-powered workflows across regulated and Fortune 500 clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with a mainstream production stack (TypeScript/Node.js, Python, Java, C#/.NET, or Go).
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four‑year college degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Discover. Run workshops and process discovery with business and engineering stakeholders to identify AI problems and scope a defensible point of view.
• Structure the process and the spec. Map current states, decisions, and exceptions, then translate into executable specifications.
• Architect & design. Design end-to-end agentic systems, including orchestration, retrieval architecture, and guardrails.
• Build. Ship working systems with agents and multi-step automations; be hands-on with internal tooling and integration layers.
• Engineer the delivery system. Own CI/CD for builds, tests, releases, and environments.
• Consult. Present and defend decisions to CTOs and VPs, support pre-sales scoping and proposals.
