Resolv Global in Barranquilla is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a Debt Settlement campaign. You will engage with clients in English, listening to needs and guiding conversations toward positive outcomes.

This on-site role offers two shifts with weekly pay. You must be comfortable handling sensitive financial discussions, documenting interactions, and protecting customer information while delivering professional, empathetic service.

Qualifications

Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.
Experience in Customer Service, BPO, Contact Center, or a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
Empathy and professionalism when handling sensitive customer situations.
