Resolv Global is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a Debt Settlement campaign in Barranquilla. The role focuses on professional, empathetic conversations with customers facing sensitive financial situations, guiding discussions toward positive outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have advanced English, strong listening and problem-solving skills, and experience in customer service or BPO. 100% on-site availability is required, with two shifts and a weekly compensation of around 230 USD.
