We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a growing Debt Settlement campaign in Barranquilla.

This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who communicates confidently in English, knows how to listen, understand customer needs, and guide conversations toward positive outcomes.

You’ll be speaking with customers about sensitive financial situations, so we’re looking for someone who combines professionalism, empathy, confidence, and strong communication skills.

What You'll Do

• Provide professional and empathetic customer service throughout each interaction.
• Listen carefully to customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate assistance.

Schedule

There are two available shifts:

• Shift 1: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Shift 2: 12:30 PM - 10:30 PM
• Days off: Sundays + one weekday

Candidates must be comfortable working either available shift based on business needs.

Compensation

• $230 USD per week
• Paid weekly as an Independent Contractor.
