Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Experience in Customer Service or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Empathy and professionalism handling sensitive customer situations.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Willingness to work 100% on-site in Barranquilla.
