Lean Solutions Group is seeking an Export Coordinator in Bogotá to oversee end-to-end ocean export shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, system updates, and timely billing. You will work with carriers, agents, and internal teams to maintain data integrity across logistics platforms.

The role requires 6 months to 1 year in ocean freight export operations, knowledge of export docs, CargoWise experience, and strong Excel/Outlook skills. English is required at B2–C1 level.

Formación

• Experience in ocean freight export operations or freight forwarding.
• Knowledge of export documentation and ocean export processes.
• Proficient in logistics systems, preferably CargoWise.
• English level B2–C1.
• Proficient in Excel and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate ocean export shipments from booking to completion.
• Set up and update shipments in CargoWise.
• Manage export documentation and booking instructions.
• Monitor cut-off dates and shipment milestones.
• Coordinate with carriers, agents, and internal teams.
• Support billing processes and ensure accurate financial information.
• Track shipments and follow up on pending information or operational issues.
• Maintain accurate and timely system updates.
