Lean Solutions Group is seeking an Export Coordinator in Barranquilla to oversee end-to-end ocean export shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, tracking, and timely billing. You will work closely with carriers, agents, and internal teams while maintaining precise data in logistics systems.

The role requires 6 months to 1 year of ocean freight export operations experience, knowledge of export documentation, and proficiency with CargoWise.

• 6 months–1 year of experience in Ocean Freight Export Operations or Freight Forwarding.
• Knowledge of export documentation and ocean export processes.
• Experience with logistics systems, preferably CargoWise.

• Coordinate ocean export shipments from booking to completion.
• Set up and update shipments in CargoWise.
• Manage export documentation and booking instructions.
• Monitor cut-off dates and shipment milestones.
• Coordinate with carriers, agents, and internal teams.

• Track shipments and follow up on pending information or operational issues.
• Maintain accurate and timely system updates.
