Kaseya is seeking a detail-oriented Product Analyst to join the BIS team. You will define, document, test, and deliver PBS capabilities supporting our Product organization, focusing on Product & Pricing, and provisioning for software licenses across Salesforce, NetSuite, and Oracle ERP.

You will translate business needs into Jira stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases, work with Salesforce Revenue Cloud RCA and integration tools, and help transition to scalable future-state architectures

Formación

• 5+ years as Product/Business Analyst in enterprise SaaS CRM/ERP or revenue ops.
