Job summary

Resolv Global in Barranquilla seeks a Customer Service Representative for a Debt Settlement campaign. You will engage with customers, listen to needs, explain solutions, and maintain confidentiality while delivering professional, empathetic service.

Two shifts are offered: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and 12:30 PM–10:30 PM. This is a long-term, on-site opportunity requiring English proficiency and strong communication. Compensation is $230 USD per week, paid weekly as an independent contractor.

Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, BPO, Contact Center, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Empathy and professionalism when handling sensitive customer situations.
