Job summary
Advanced Micro Devices is seeking an Embedded Sales professional to provide technical support to AMD sales teams, customers, and partners in the region. The role centers on developing technical relationships, driving design wins, and supporting pre- and post-sales activities for AMD x86 embedded solutions.
The ideal candidate combines hardware/software expertise with strong communication, and willingness to travel.
Qualifications
- Broad technical understanding of AMD x86 portfolio and embedded devices.
- Experience sharing knowledge of end-user hardware/software environments including Windows/Linux, compilers and benchmarks.
- Willingness to travel within the region and work with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Support sales process with account leaders, engineering, and business units to enable new customer solutions based on AMD x86 tech.
- Lead technical discussions and resolve issues from design to mass production for embedded platforms.
- Conduct on-site meetings with customers and provide HW platform development and debugging assistance.
- Perform performance/benchmark analyses to support opportunities and optimize designs for AMD processors.
- Deliver technical guidance and training to customers or AMD sales teams; research competitive platforms.
