Filta is seeking a seasoned Email Marketing professional in Bogotá to drive client retention and revenue across 4–5 DTC brands. You will lead client calls, craft lifecycle strategies, and execute hands-on campaigns using Klaviyo and Attentive.

This role requires strong English communication, experience managing multiple accounts in an agency setting, and collaboration with copywriters, designers, and developers to ensure timely delivery.

Formación

• 3-5 years of lifecycle, CRM, or email marketing experience, including account management within an agency setting.
• Expert-level fluency in Klaviyo and Attentive (flows, segmentation, campaigns, and integrations).
• Proven experience managing 4-5 fast-paced client accounts with high autonomy and strong boundary-setting.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication for executive-level calls.
• Hands-on familiarity with Figma for light design edits and Notion for project management.
• Strong data analytics proficiency (GA4, Triple Whale, Looker Studio) to derive insights from metrics like LTV and flow conversions.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary account lead and strategic advisor, running client calls and monthly reviews.
• Formulate and execute email and SMS lifecycle strategies, including Klaviyo flows and advanced segmentation.
• Perform hands-on technical execution, QA, flow building, and copy edits when bottlenecks occur.
• Project manage cross-functional teams (copywriters, designers, developers) using Notion for on-time delivery.
• Analyze ecommerce performance data to diagnose dips and provide actionable recommendations.
