Job summary

TCL in Colombia is seeking an E-commerce Operations Specialist to manage daily activities across TCL's online sales channels. You will ensure accurate product catalogs, update content, monitor pricing, promotions, and inventory, and support marketplace operations.

The role emphasizes coordinating with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to maintain data quality and drive digital commerce growth through accurate listings and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years in e-commerce or online retail operations.
• Experience with product catalogs, listings, pricing, and promotions.
• Knowledge of marketplace operations and online retail channels.

Responsibilities

• Execute the daily operations of E-commerce and Online Retail channels, ensuring the correct publication and updating of the product portfolio.
• Manage and maintain up-to-date product information (SKUs, prices, descriptions, images, technical specifications, and digital content) across different sales platforms.
• Manage warehouse inventory and customers' virtual inventory.
• Execute the upload and updating of promotions, commercial campaigns, and product launches across different digital channels.
• Continuously verify product availability, pricing, content, and inventory to ensure proper execution across each platform.
• Follow up on operational issues related to product listings, content, pricing, or inventory, coordinating their resolution with the relevant departments.
• Support the coordination of operational requirements with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, and customers to ensure the proper functioning of operations.
• Prepare operational reports and monitor key channel performance indicators to support decision-making.
• Support activities related to the execution of commercial strategies and digital campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and quality standards across all digital platforms.
• Provide support for projects and activities related to the growth of E-commerce channels.
