Adidas in Colombia is seeking an experienced Manager Order Management & Fulfillment Market to lead eCommerce order and returns performance, driving marketplace implementations and process improvements across the DTC – eCom scope in LAM.

The role requires a university degree and at least five years of relevant experience, with a focus on cross-functional governance and customer service excellence.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent education required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant job function.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily order and returns performance for eCommerce.
• Lead new marketplace implementations and operational enhancements.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations & Services, Digital Analytics and IT teams.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, 3PL performance and cost developments.
• Identify and implement B2C fulfillment innovation trends.

Conocimientos

Broad understanding of functional area

5+ years of experience
