Power Digital is seeking a Creative Director in Colombia to lead a large portfolio of client work, owning the full creative vision from strategy to production. You will mentor a diverse team, drive thought leadership, and ensure creative output aligns with business objectives across omnichannel campaigns.

You’ll partner with leadership to expand services, win new business, and elevate client results, with a fully flexible work environment including remote, in-office, or hybrid arrangements.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Creative Director or equivalent senior leadership role
• Portfolio showing campaigns across multiple channels at scale
• Ability to oversee all creative functions at leadership level
• Experience managing large creative teams and driving business results

Responsabilidades

• Set and drive the creative vision and strategy across a broad client portfolio
• Oversee creative strategy, design, production and post-production for omnichannel campaigns
• Lead and scale a multidisciplinary creative team including senior managers
• Improve processes and standards for efficient, high-quality output
• Drive client retention, expansion, and new business opportunities
• Represent the practice externally through thought leadership and events
