Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. in Colombia seeks a Director of AI-powered Product Management to lead a multi-product portfolio, shaping strategy, roadmap, and P&L across AI initiatives.

This role emphasizes governance, responsible-AI, and investing in high-potential AI bets while mentoring a team of Product Managers. You will partner with engineering, data, design and client teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Management, leading PM/PO teams and launching multiple products.
• Experience with AI-powered products or capabilities and aligning strategy with new technologies.
• Ability to formulate AI-enabled business cases, ROI models and build/buy/partner decisions.
• Strong governance, privacy, bias and risk management awareness for responsible AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers across a multi-product AI portfolio.
• Set an AI-informed product strategy, roadmap sequencing and portfolio growth.
• Own AI feature economics, lifecycle, pricing and drift/versioning decisions.
• Establish standards, gates and governance for AI features and responsible use of AI in product work.
• Collaborate across product, engineering, data, design and AI/ML teams to maintain alignment and accountability.
• Represent the organization with senior clients on AI product strategy and expectations.
