EPAM Systems in Colombia is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Applied AI to own the vision, strategy, roadmap and end-to-end delivery of one or more AI-powered products. You will mentor other Product Managers while applying AI across the product lifecycle and collaborating with engineering, data, design and AI/ML teams.

You will define requirements for AI features, set evaluation criteria, prioritize backlog, and communicate benefits, limitations and risks to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management, with end-to-end ownership of one or more products including post-launch maintenance

Responsabilités

• Own vision, strategy, roadmap and end-to-end delivery of one or more products, including AI-powered ones
• Define requirements and use cases for AI features with clear acceptance criteria
• Identify AI opportunities to improve product, CX, and business outcomes
• Use AI tools across discovery, research, analysis, documentation, user stories, prototyping and planning
• Prioritize features, manage backlog and release cycles with AI-assisted support
• Lead cross-functional teams and communicate AI capabilities, limitations and risks to stakeholders
• Mentor other Product Managers to raise AI proficiency and practical skills
