EPAM Systems is expanding its product management team to drive AI-powered products across the lifecycle. The Senior Product Manager, Applied AI, will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for multiple AI-driven solutions while mentoring fellow Product Managers and collaborating with engineering, data, design, and AI/ML teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Product Management.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap and end-to-end delivery of AI-powered products.
• Define AI feature requirements with data scopes, use-case fit, and safety guardrails.
• Prioritize features, manage backlogs, and oversee release cycles with AI-assisted analytics.
• Partner with engineering, data, design, and AI/ML teams to translate product intent into requirements.
• Mentor other Product Managers and elevate AI proficiency across the team.
