Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Product Leader to run a portfolio of AI-powered products and to own how the Product Management team applies AI — strategy, governance, and capability building. You will lead a PM team, own product strategy and P&L across the portfolio, and guide AI feature economics and lifecycle decisions.

You will establish standards, governance, and operating models for AI development, while elevating team capabilities through coaching, playbooks, and hiring standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in Product Management with proven PM/PO leadership experience.
• Led development and launch of 3+ products with AI capabilities.
• Owns product vision, roadmaps, portfolio alignment, and P&L management.

We are looking for a product leader to run a portfolio that includes AI-powered products and to own how our Product Management team applies AI — the strategy, standards, investment decisions, governance and team capability.
