Job summary

EPAM Systems is expanding its product management team to drive AI-powered products across the lifecycle. The Senior Product Manager, Applied AI, will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for multiple AI-driven solutions while mentoring fellow Product Managers and collaborating with engineering, data, design, and AI/ML teams.

We are expanding our product management team responsible for driving AI-powered products and embedding artificial intelligence across every stage of the product lifecycle. As a Senior Product Manager | Applied AI, you will spearhead the vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of multiple products—including at least one AI-driven solution—while leveraging AI daily to accelerate workflows, make sharper decisions, and mentor fellow Product Managers.ResponsibilitiesOwn the complete vision, strategic direction, roadmap execution, and end-to-end delivery of one or more products, ensuring at least one solution is powered by artificial intelligenceDefine precise requirements and use cases for AI features by treating them as probabilistic products, establishing data products end to end through post-launch maintenance and supportDemonstrated history of launching multiple products or key capabilities to market, including hands-on experience delivering or materially enhancing AI-powered products or features such as generative AI, machine learning, recommendation engines, search algorithms, or automation toolsStrong ownership of product strategy, vision, roadmapping, market analysis, and product visioning, with proven ability to identify and justify high-value artificial intelligence opportunitiesExtensive experience managing backlogs, cross-product
