Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical engineering environment.
• At least 2 years in senior, lead, managerial, or ownership-level positions.
• Experience overseeing engagements with teams of 5+ full-time employees.
• Deep knowledge of solution architecture with practical Agentic AI experience.
• Working proficiency in Python scripting and core AI technologies.
• Experience applying Project Management methodologies end-to-end.
• Background in Digital Project Management for technology-driven projects.
• Familiarity with cloud-based engagements and delivery management practices.
• Fluent English at B2 level or higher.
• Relevant certification (e.g., Product Manager) is a plus.
