Carat is seeking a strategic thinker to partner with senior strategists and craft cultural narratives grounded in research. You will collaborate across teams to deliver day-to-day strategic work and translate insights into actionable briefs for media activation.

You will mentor junior strategists, develop audience empathy through data, and stay ahead of digital media trends to inform go-to-market ideas.

Formación

• Develops a point of view on a client’s business/category, culture and consumer from diverse research sources and applies it to briefs.
• Mentors junior strategists and shares knowledge within the team.
• Keeps a pulse on emerging media channels and how to apply them to briefs.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborates with internal teams to deliver day-to-day strategic work and shepherds strategies through to execution.
• Repurposes agency thought leadership for clients and contributes to agency or client thought leadership.
• Briefs internal teams and external partners for ideation and alignment.
