Power Digital Marketing in Colombia is seeking a Social Strategist to lead comprehensive social media campaigns for diverse clients. You will craft brand voices, manage influencer relationships, and oversee end-to-end content creation across platforms while working autonomously in a fully flexible work environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in social media, a sharp eye for trends, and a proven ability to drive results using data and AI-assisted tools within a fast-paced agency setting.

Formación

• 2+ years in social media (agency experience preferred).
• Proactive in staying current with trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.
• Proven track record managing social media strategies for multiple clients across industries.
• Experience crafting and maintaining unique brand voices for clients.
• Proven ability to develop campaigns that drive meaningful KPIs using data.

Responsabilidades

• Social Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive social media campaign strategies and influencer relationships.
• Ensure adoption of Power Circuit for clients within your book.
• Influencer Programming Strategy & Production: identify, vet, slate influencer talent, negotiate, deliverables, and performance reporting.
• Autonomous Workflow Management: manage a dynamic workload, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines for multiple client accounts.
• Creative Strategy Development: craft copy and creative for posts and influencer briefs, leveraging past performance and trends.
• Social Content Execution: develop monthly content calendars aligned with strategy and posting schedules.
• Trendspotting: stay updated on trends, platforms, and algorithm changes, bringing new ideas to the team.
• Collaborative Team Meetings: participate actively, share insights and collaborate on initiatives.
• Client Communication: maintain clear communication, provide updates on campaign progress and recommendations.
• Employ AI technologies to enhance processes.
• Utilize Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department.
