Plata Card invites applications for a documentation and records management role focused on control, retention, and archival governance within a regulated environment. The team ensures standardized documentation across areas, manages digital repositories, and enforces versioning and metadata controls for efficient retrieval.

The ideal candidate can interpret regulations, work with SharePoint/Confluence and Excel at an advanced level, and communicate clearly in Spanish and English to support

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in document management, records management or institutional archives, including at least one instrument you built or substantially reworked yourself.
• Knowledge of Colombian archival methodology, including Ley 594 de 2000 and Acuerdo 004 de 2019, and ability to adapt it to a private entity supervised by the SFC.
• Hands-on experience with electronic document/content management platforms with permissions, metadata and version control.
• Advanced Excel for inventories and retention schedules.
• Advanced English (B2 or higher).
• Ability to read regulations and translate them into clear Spanish rules.
• Desirable: experience in regulated financial institutions, ISO 15489 and ISO 30301, and experience supporting audits and regulatory inspections.
