EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise GCP cloud infrastructure and pipeline initiatives across global time zones. You will drive planning, execution, and stakeholder visibility to ensure reliable outcomes at scale.

You will coordinate engineering, operations, and product teams, manage risk and dependencies, and oversee governance to meet delivery objectives. Strong communication and leadership across time zones are essential for success.

Formación

• 3+ years of technical program management experience in cloud or infrastructure programs.
• Experience coordinating distributed, cross-functional teams across time zones.
• Strong project planning across scope, schedule, dependencies, and resourcing.
• Hands-on knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) concepts and services.
• Solid experience with cloud fundamentals and cloud-native delivery approaches.
• Demonstrated experience leading Cloud Migration and Infrastructure Modernization initiatives.
• Practical knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD delivery models.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end program planning and delivery for GCP infrastructure and cloud pipeline initiatives.
• Define scope, milestones, and success metrics; align teams and priorities.
• Coordinate engineering, operations, and product teams to deliver objectives on time.
• Manage schedules, resources, and delivery plans; adapt to changing constraints.
• Drive risk, issue, and dependency management with clear mitigation paths.
• Oversee readiness of infrastructure rollout to meet reliability and quality targets.
• Communicate status and decisions to stakeholders with regular reporting.
• Facilitate cross-time-zone collaboration and PST-aligned activities as needed.
