Job summary

Adidas Colombia is seeking an entry-level SR Specialist Digital Campaign & Promotions to support digital commerce campaigns across LATAM. You will help with setup, content updates and promotions, while applying approved AI tools to improve efficiency and quality.

You will track performance, document processes, and collaborate with regional teams to ensure launches meet business briefs and timing. This role offers growth into analytics, automation or broader digital operations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated curiosity and ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Experience using AI tools for productivity and analysis is a plus.
• Willingness to experiment responsibly and take feedback.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Analytical problem solving with data mindset.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support setup, scheduling, QA and launch of digital campaigns and promotions.
• Update content across website and app, including pages and checkout content.
• Assist with voucher configurations and first-line support.
• Coordinate timelines with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Follow launch checklists and validate changes against briefs.
• Maintain trackers and prepare simple data visualizations.
