It is designed for an early‑career professional who learns digital tools quickly, enjoys solving operational problems and wants to grow into broader digital commerce, analytics or automation responsibilities.

What success looks like

Campaigns, promotions and content updates are delivered accurately, on time and with clear validation.

Operational issues are identified early, documented clearly and escalated to the right support teams.

Recurring manual work is simplified through templates, approved AI tools, lightweight automation and better ways of working.

Campaign and voucher performance is tracked consistently, with clear insights and improvement opportunities shared with the team.

Knowledge is documented so processes are easier to learn, repeat and scale across markets.

Data, reporting and insight support

Maintain campaign, promotion, voucher and workload trackers with accurate and timely information.

Use Excel and available analytics or visualization tools to identify trends, exceptions, recurring issues and optimization opportunities.

Prepare clear summaries and simple visualizations that help the team make fact‑based decisions.

AI‑enabled productivity and automation

Use approved generative AI and productivity tools to accelerate research, first drafts, documentation, summaries, quality checks and routine analysis.

Identify repetitive tasks and suggest practical automation opportunities before adding unnecessary complexity.

Help build and test simple templates, workflows, prompts, dashboards or low‑code/no‑code automations with guidance from experienced team members.

Validate AI‑assisted outputs, protect confidential information and follow company requirements for security, data protection and responsible AI use.

Share effective prompts, examples and lessons learned so the team can adopt better AI‑enabled ways of working.

Process improvement, documentation and support

Document current processes, work instructions, checklists, known issues and support handovers in clear business language.

Support user acceptance testing and rollout of new campaign, promotion, content or automation capabilities.
