EPAM Systems is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead complex technical projects from inception through successful completion, ensuring alignment between architecture, engineering, and business objectives while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery, drive architecture design decisions, establish governance standards, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage risks while communicating project status to stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in Delivery Management with proven project completions.
• Expertise in Architecture Design and Architecture Governance.
• Background in Data Software Engineering.
• Fluent English communication (B2+/C1).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of software engineering projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget targets are met.
• Drive architecture design decisions in collaboration with technical teams to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Establish and enforce architecture governance standards across project deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align data software engineering initiatives with business goals.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through regular communication, reporting, and status updates.
• Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery or architecture integrity.
• Facilitate decision-making processes between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance metrics and adjust delivery strategies as needed.
• Support governance reviews to ensure compliance with architectural standards.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure transparency and trust throughout the delivery lifecycle.
