• Support and coordinate day-to-day distribution center activities: inbound, storage, picking, order fulfillment, and outbound processes per procedures and SLAs.
• Coordinate with 3PLs, transportation providers, customs, freight forwarders, port authorities, and internal stakeholders for timely warehouse operations.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist reconciliation and corrective actions; support system transactions in SAP and other systems.
• Ensure adherence to Quality Management System, MMS standards, and product conformity for inbound, storage, returns, clearance, and outbound processes.
• Maintain and follow up on customer and supplier complaints in SAP; coordinate problem solving using 8D and related methodologies; support audits and continuous improvement.

Main Tasks

Position located in Cartagena, to support and coordinate the day-to-day logistics and quality activities of the Distribution Center.

• Monitor daily inbound, storage, picking, order fulfillment, and outbound activities to ensure compliance with established procedures and service-level agreements.
• Coordinate with 3PL partners, transportation providers, customs agencies, freight forwarders, port authorities, and internal stakeholders to support timely and efficient warehouse operations.

2. Inventory Management and Data Analysis

• Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies through reconciliation, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Support inventory-related system transactions and ensure accurate and timely maintenance of relevant records in SAP and other applicable systems.

3. Quality Management and Product Conformity

• Ensure adherence to the Quality Management System, customer-specific requirements, MMS standards, and applicable quality procedures within the Distribution Center.
• Monitor product and shipment conformity and coordinate the resolution of quality deviations affecting inbound, storage, returns, clearance, and outbound processes

4. Complaints, Nonconformities, and Corrective Actions

• Maintain and follow up on customer and supplier complaints in SAP and ensure timely coordination with the involved functions.
• Coordinate the problem-solving process for internal issues and customer complaints using appropriate methodologies such as RPS and 8D.

5. Audits, Compliance, and Continuous Improvement

• Support internal, external, customer, and management system audits related to logistics and quality activities.
• Coordinate investigations, corrections, corrective actions, and verification of audit findings within the area of responsibility.
