Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with strong academic record; master's in CS, AI, statistics preferred.
• 2+ years applying ML and data mining to real-world datasets.
• Strong background in CS, engineering, statistics, math, or physics.
• Ability to lead model development independently and meet deadlines.
• Proven prototyping and analytics/methods experience.
• Proficiency in Python and at least one other language (R/Scala/SQL).
• Experience with relational databases and large datasets.
• Business-level fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and interdisciplinary teams to develop analytics solutions.
• Translate business problems into analytical challenges and build models.
• Optimize code and evaluate models with relevant metrics.
• Partner with clients to understand needs and deliver impactful insights.
