You will enter, validate, and organize data, perform quality checks, and support reporting. Strong Excel/Sheets skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with remote teams are essential.

Formación

• Experience in data processing and data entry roles.
• Ability to validate and clean data across multiple sources.
• Familiarity with databases and spreadsheet tools.

Responsabilidades

• Collect, process, organize, and maintain data from multiple sources.
• Enter and update information accurately in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
• Review data for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and formatting.
• Identify and correct data inconsistencies, errors, and duplicates.
• Perform data validation and quality checks before information is finalized.
• Organize and maintain digital records and documentation.
• Extract, transform, and prepare data for reporting and analysis.
• Assist with data imports, exports, migrations, and system updates.
• Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and data summaries as required.
• Follow established data processing procedures and quality standards.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Investigate data discrepancies and coordinate corrections.
