Job summary

CI&T is seeking an experienced Data Product Manager to lead end-to-end data product life cycles for enterprise clients. You will define roadmaps with client and business stakeholders, stay close to data architecture, and guide delivery from ideation through deployment and optimization.

The role combines strategic roadmapping with hands-on oversight of data platforms and analytics pipelines, requiring deep technical depth and strong leadership across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or above) to communicate with international stakeholders.
• Solid, hands-on background in data and analytics environments; deep technical experience required.
• Experience managing data-related projects, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong strategic thinking and product mindset with value-based prioritization and risk management.
• Proven experience leading and developing technical teams.
• Experience with data platform environments hosted on Azure Cloud Services, including DBT and Snowflake.
• Experience using project management tools to plan, track, and communicate delivery status.

Responsibilities

• Data Lifecycle Management: manage data lifecycle from generation to enablement.
• Data Architecture & Infrastructure: understand architecture and analytics platforms.
• Task Prioritization & Roadmap: define roadmap balancing stakeholder needs by business value.
• Data Profiling: analyze data types, relationships, patterns, and trends.
• Requirements Definition: document clear data requirements for consumption.
• Business Process Alignment: understand workflows to interpret sources and attributes.
• Validation: test products with users and verify outcomes with data metrics.
• Performance Analysis: monitor KPIs to drive improvements in data initiatives.
• AI-Enabled Delivery: integrate AI into delivery workflows to speed outcomes.
• Team Leadership: lead cross-functional data teams and grow talent.
