CI&T is seeking a Senior Data Developer (Analytics Engineer) to bridge business and technology. You will own the full lifecycle of data products from ingestion to delivery, ensuring data is structured, validated, and ready for AI/analytics use.

You will collaborate with AI teams, design robust data transformations in SQL and Python, and communicate insights to stakeholders across regions. Join a team that values proactive problem-solving and high-quality, scalable data solutions.

Formación

• Proven senior-level experience in Data or Analytics Engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis, transformation, and validation.
• Solid experience in data modeling and data warehouse design.
• Hands-on experience with BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouse.
• Ability to understand complex business logic and validate results from a business perspective.
• Ownership mindset and proactive approach to improvements.
• Experience preparing data requirements for AI/ML applications.
• Advanced English and ability to communicate with international stakeholders.
• Track record delivering high-impact projects quickly and with quality.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for AI and analytics platforms.
• Own data products end-to-end from ingestion through modeling to delivery and monitoring.
• Implement validation, automated testing, and data quality controls.
• Design transformation layers delivering datasets for dashboards and AI applications.
• Collaborate with AI teams to prepare structured data and data dictionaries.
• Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines and transformations in SQL and Python.
• Proactively identify improvements and anticipate internal customer needs.
• Deliver agile, high-quality data solutions with reliable delivery.
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and document decisions.
