CI&T is seeking a Data Product Manager to lead data product initiatives from ideation to deployment. You will work with client and business stakeholders to define roadmaps, while staying close to data architecture and delivery pipelines to make informed decisions.

You will lead data teams, profile data, and validate products with real use cases, using AI-enabled delivery to accelerate outcomes and measure success through KPIs.

Formación

• Advanced English proficiency (C1+) for international stakeholders.
• Hands-on background in data and analytics with deep technical knowledge.
• Experience managing data-related projects with planning and stakeholder communication.
• Strong strategic thinking and product mindset with value-based prioritization and risk management.
• Proven experience leading and developing technical teams.
• Experience with data platforms hosted on Azure, plus DBT and Snowflake.
• Experience using project management tools to plan, track, and communicate delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Own data products from ideation through deployment and optimization.
• Define roadmap and priorities with client and business stakeholders.
• Understand data architecture and infrastructure to guide product decisions.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data developers, and analytics specialists to deliver data products.
• Profile data, define requirements, and document how data should be presented for consumption.
• Align data initiatives with critical business processes and workflows.
• Validate products with users using real use cases and data-driven metrics.
• Monitor product performance with KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Support AI-enabled delivery within the team's workflow.
• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor data professionals.
