Clara Lending Co. is seeking a Data Analyst to bridge raw data and business insights. Design and maintain dashboards, perform deep-dive analyses, and partner with data engineers to ensure data integrity.

You will automate reporting, translate complex datasets for non-technical stakeholders, and help drive decisions across the organization in a fast-paced fintech environment. You should bring strong SQL, data analysis experience, and familiarity with Metabase; Python and Databricks are a plus.

Formación

• Degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics)
• Strong SQL and data querying experience
• Proven data analysis experience with actionable insights
• Descriptive statistics and exploratory modeling knowledge
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Metabase) and data quality focus
• Interest in AI tools to automate workflows
• Adaptability and ownership in fast-changing environments
• Portuguese or English language flexibility is a bonus
