Hyland is seeking an Analytics Engineer to design robust data models and pipelines that enable actionable insights across the business. You will partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions, aligning with governance and monitoring best practices.

You'll collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and IT to maintain a reliable data warehouse, ensure data quality, and support global reporting initiatives using Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Looker, and Power BI.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Extensive experience in a data team, preferably as a data engineer or data analyst
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on data transformation expertise
• Proven experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Hands-on experience with modern BI tools such as Looker, Mode, Tableau, or Power BI

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with team to collect requirements and design data models considering performance, cost, and security
• Model, design, develop, test, and implement backend and front-end structures for visualization and reporting
• Configure SaaS tools to build a modern cloud data warehouse that is accurate and accessible
• Provide day-to-day support of the data warehouse and data marts with clear documentation
• Coordinate with platform data engineering, data analyst, governance, and IT teams for change management and access for global reporting
• Improve data flow and quality processes and test data transformations
