DATA4 is seeking a Sales Engineer to provide technical pre-sales support and translate customer requirements into robust data center infrastructure solutions. You will act as the key technical interface between customers, the sales team, the Design team, and international stakeholders.

Responsibilities include RFIs/RFPs, cost modelling, design validation, and guidance on standard service offerings to ensure feasible, scalable deployments across regions.

Formación

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
• 3-5+ years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or solution design in data center or critical infrastructure.

Responsabilidades

• Provide pre-sales and solution design support for opportunities requiring specialized expertise.
• Translate customer requirements into robust data center infrastructure solutions and coordinate with Design and Sales teams.
• Build technical responses to RFIs/RFPs and assist in contracts and SLAs with customers.
• Lead technical site tours and deliver presentations showcasing colocation offerings.
• Develop cost models and validate design feasibility with power, cooling, and density considerations.
