Job summary

Power Digital Marketing is seeking a Data Access Manager to guide prospective clients through data access and integration during our sales cycle. You will coordinate with Revenue and Analyst teams to ensure access is granted for marketing audits and ensure onboarding environments are ready.

The role requires strong onboarding expertise, technical problem solving, and solid analytical skills, with emphasis on clear communication and problem solving in English.

Qualifications

• Experience guiding clients through onboarding processes and training sessions.
• Ability to address and resolve customer issues, ideally in a technical context.
• Familiarity with analytics tools for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for prospective clients during data access and integration in the sales cycle.
• Coordinate platform access with Revenue and Analyst teams ahead of marketing audits.
• Manage onboarding environments for prospective clients.
