Job summary

Power Digital is seeking a Data Access Manager to guide clients through data access and integration during the sales cycle. You will work across Revenue and Analyst teams to ensure platform access for audits and maintain onboarding environments.

Strong training, onboarding, and analytical skills are required, with familiarity in Google Sheets and multiple analytics/CRM platforms. This role centers on clear communication and solution-oriented support.

Qualifications

• Experience guiding clients through onboarding processes.
• Background in addressing and resolving customer issues in a technical or software context.
• Analytical and reporting skills using data to drive decisions.
• Proficient with Google Sheets for administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective clients during data access and integration.
• Coordinate with Revenue and Analyst teams to enable platform access for audits.
• Manage onboarding environments for prospective clients.
• Maintain and evolve the library of Access & Integration materials.
• Regularly update internal documentation as processes change.
• Leverage AI technologies to enhance Access & Integration processes.
