Sunny Bliss Plumbing & Air in Colombia is seeking a Customer Growth Specialist to handle inbound and outbound calls, build relationships that turn into repeat business, and drive proactive follow-up with a confident, phone-focused approach.

This remote role collaborates with dispatch and CRM systems, schedules service visits, and identifies opportunities to add value for customers while maintaining professional communication in English.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, outbound calling, or inside sales.
• Based in Colombia with a stable internet connection.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails with a professional, friendly tone.
• Proactively follow up with past and current customers to drive repeat business.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with dispatch using our systems.
• Support customer experience initiatives before, during, and after service.
• Identify opportunities to add value and recommend next steps based on customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and job management systems.
• Participate in daily Zoom meetings to collaborate with the team.

Sunny Bliss Plumbing & Air is a fast-growing, family-owned plumbing and HVAC company serving homeowners across Miami-Dade and Broward. Our growth is driven by exceptional customer experience, strong follow-up, and a proactive sales mindset.

We’re looking for aCustomer Growth Specialistbased in Colombia — someone confident on the phone, comfortable with outbound calling, and motivated by building relationships that turn into long-term customers.

This isnot a passive CSR role. This role blends customer experience, outbound calling, follow-up, and relationship building. If you enjoy conversations, know how to build trust, and like working toward results, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Handleinbound and outbound calls, texts, and emailswith a professional, friendly, and confident tone
• Proactivelyfollow up with past and current customersto drive repeat business, memberships, and rebooking
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with dispatch using our systems (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)
• Support customer experience initiatives before, during, and after service
• Identify opportunities toadd value and recommend next stepsbased on customer needs
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and job management systems
• Participate indaily Zoom meetingsas part of your workday to collaborate with the team and handle live situations

What We’re Looking For

• Based inColombiawith a stable internet connection
• Fluent English (spoken and written) – non-negotiable
• 2+ years of experience incustomer service, outbound calling, or inside sales
• Confident communicator with strong phone presence and follow-up skills
• Comfortable in remote environments, includingZoom meetings with camera on
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
• Sales-oriented mindset with a genuine focus on customer experience
