World Courier, a leader in pharmaceutical logistics, seeks a Customer Service Operations Specialist to support onboarding, account management and service operations while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
In this role you will ensure accurate account maintenance, resolve inquiries, monitor service performance and collaborate with internal teams to provide efficient, compliant solutions across global healthcare clients. Join a team at the heart of health with Cencora.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Up to 2 years in customer operations or onboarding.
- Experience in logistics, healthcare or supply chain is a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Support customer account onboarding, setup and maintenance.
- Coordinate customer requests, service inquiries, orders and returns.
- Monitor account activity and identify potential service issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records and system updates.
- Track cases and service requests for timely resolution.
- Collaborate with Operations, Procurement and other teams.
- Escalate complex issues and contribute to improvements.
- Support process documentation and training materials.
