Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Finance Credit Advanced Specialist in Bogotá to evaluate credit risk, analyze financial data, and escalate exceptions as needed. The role supports sales and operations by ensuring accurate billing, risk controls and timely responses.

You will work with regional teams in a multinational environment, applying strong analytical and accounting knowledge. The position emphasizes delivering accurate financial insights, managing SLA-driven requests, and maintaining reports.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in credit analysis, financial analysis, risk or related areas.
• Experience in credit analysis and management of credit exceptions.
• Good understanding of accounting and financial concepts.
• Intermediate Excel, particularly formulas and pivot tables.
• Strong analytical skills and sound judgment for decision-making.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and SLAs.
• Portuguese is considered an additional advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze credit risk and financial information to identify potential risks and exceptions.
• Review and manage credit exceptions, applying sound judgment and escalating risks when required.
• Handle daily requests and tickets while meeting established SLA and deadlines.
• Review requests, identify the required actions and ensure appropriate follow-up until resolution.
• Validate billing requests and verify account coverage by insurance providers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date reports and controls.
• Work closely with Credit Risk Analysts and internal teams across different countries.
• Manage multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, organization and attention to detail.
• Support activities related to financial analysis and accounting processes.
