Kuehne+Nagel Bogotá Knowledge Center is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead AR, Credit, and Back Office for LATAM. You will oversee end-to-end O2C, drive performance, and develop talent in a high‑impact finance function.

You will partner with Finance, Sales, and Customer Service, implement process improvements, leverage SAP/ERP and KN tools, and shape strategic cash flow and risk management while building a high‑performing regional team.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable and O2C processes.
• Strong leadership experience managing large teams in Shared Services or Knowledge Center.
• Proficient in SAP/ERP systems and digital tools; ability to leverage AI and KN tools for optimization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English at B2+ level; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the AR and Credit organization and manage a team.
• Oversee the O2C operation: AR, Billing, Collections, Dispute Management, customer accounts.
• Monitor KPIs like AR performance, DSO, and cash forecasts; provide insights to leadership.
• Drive process optimization using technology and KN tools.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Customer Service and regional stakeholders.
