Turia GBS in Medellín seeks an AI Conversational Agents Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and integration of AI-powered solutions using LLMs to transform core business processes.

Initially focused on supporting the Finance function, you will drive the deployment of chatbots and NLP applications, oversee the agent lifecycle, and collaborate with ERP/CRM teams to maximize ROI and user adoption.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.
• Graduate degree in AI, Data Analytics or Digital Transformation is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience building conversational AI solutions, chatbots, NLP apps, and LLM-based agents.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, ERP, CRM, and enterprise system integrations.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or Node.js.
• Proven track record delivering solutions that improve CX, productivity, or efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and orchestrate conversational AI agents powered by LLMs, including prompting strategies, memory, and RAG architectures.
• Manage full agent lifecycle: backlog, training, testing, deployment, monitoring, retraining.
• Integrate AI agents with ERP, CRM, and enterprise systems via APIs and middleware.
• Define, track, and report performance, adoption, and ROI metrics.
• Identify and implement high-impact use cases delivering measurable business value.
• Establish security, privacy, and compliance controls for AI solutions.
• Create technical documentation and provide training to stakeholders.

We are seeking an AI Conversational Agents Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and integration of AI-powered solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and automation tools to transform critical business processes.

The initial focus of this role will be supporting the Finance function, with a clear roadmap to expand AI solutions across multiple areas of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and orchestrate conversational AI agents powered by LLMs, including prompting strategies, tools, memory, and RAG architectures.
• Manage the full agent lifecycle, including backlog management, training, testing, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and other business applications through APIs and middleware.
• Define, track, and report performance, efficiency, adoption, and ROI metrics.
• Identify, prioritize, and implement high-impact use cases, delivering measurable business value within short timelines.
• Establish security, privacy, and compliance controls for AI solutions.
• Create technical documentation and provide training to key stakeholders and end users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent English communication skills (B2+ or C1).
• Graduate degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Digital Transformation is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience developing conversational AI solutions, chatbots, NLP applications, and LLM-based agents.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, ERP, CRM, and enterprise system integrations.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or Node.js.
• Proven track record delivering solutions that improve customer experience, productivity, or operational efficiency.

Preferred Certifications

• AIOpenAI APIs and related AI technologies
