SLB is seeking a Contracts Analyst based in Bogota, Colombia, to support drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with customers and suppliers. The role emphasizes legal compliance, post-award management, and maintaining contract records in the contracts database.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of contract management experience and a Law degree or equivalent. English proficiency (B2–C1) and Portuguese as native are required, with visa support and transfer costs covered by the company.

Formación

• Law degree preferred; other degrees with relevant experience considered.

Responsabilidades

• Drafts, reviews, proposes revisions, and negotiates contracts with customers and suppliers.
• Ensures compliance with policies, standards, procedures, and contractual obligations.
• Generates contract reports and participates in post-award contract management.
• Maintains contract-related records in the contracts database.
• Supports in training and development initiatives related to contracting standards.
