The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Law and at least 3 years of experience. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts and managing a contract database. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is necessary. This role offers a competitive salary of $1,500 per month and involves collaborating with various internal teams to ensure legal compliance.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant.
• Knowledge of Colombian legal systems and corporate procedures.
• Experience in remote work or global outsourcing environments is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and maintain contracts, NDAs, and service agreements.
• Manage and organize the contract database.
• Conduct basic legal and regulatory research.
