Visa in Bogotá, Colombia seeks a Sr. Contracts Analyst to manage the full contract lifecycle across regions. You will draft, review, negotiate and execute agreements using templates, coordinating with legal, finance, products and auditing teams.

The role requires strong independent work skills, experience with contract management software, and the ability to draft in English, Spanish and Portuguese when needed. 3 days in office are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Experience in contract drafting and management for commercial agreements.
• Experience collaborating with legal, finance, and product teams.
• Experience in database management and reporting related to contracts.
• Experience in training or guiding stakeholders on contract processes.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiar with contract management software (Salesforce, Apttus) and e-signature tools (DocuSign).
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as subject matter expert for end-to-end contract management across types and regions.
• Review terms, draft agreements using templates, negotiate, and execute.
• Ensure compliance with contract processes: filing, database, reporting.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, products, auditing and other teams.
• Work with management and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
• Train and guide stakeholders on contract processes.
• Handle special assignments as needed.
